Reporting to the Plant General Manager, Richard will manage all accounting and financial functions for the plant in the Assembly Division of the new employer company. In addition to the base salary he has a bonus opportunity of 12.5 percent, with extensive benefits that include profit sharing, medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life and ADandD and dependent life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending account for healthcare, 2 weeks vacation in 2004, 3 weeks vacation 2005, 4 weeks vacation after 10 years and 5 weeks vacation after 15 years.
